Children's Ministry

   
 
Children are a priority at Avondale United Methodist Church. We embrace the childen of our church family and our community and provide many special events for them throughout the year.

Volunteers who wish to be certified for work with children or youth at Avondale United Methodist Church are asked to complete
the NCA On-line training and send copies of 
1) the completed test,
(The following is a link to the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church web site providing on-line training for Safe Sanctuaries.
2) our church Application for Volunteers for Children and Youth Programs, 
3) a completed authorization for background check
